Dave Blaney moves from Richard Childress Racing and the #07 Chevy to Bill Davis Racing and the #22 Catepiller Dodge for the 2006 season. Last year the Bill Davis team struggled with Scott Wimmer behind the wheel and they found themselves running to remain in the top 35 in points much of the year.

Well..Dave Blaney will try to get Bill Davis back to a respectable finishing point. Unfortunately...I do not see this team being even remotely competitive this season but maybe Bill Davis doesn't either. The team has already made it known that they will be switching to Toyota in 2007, meaning that they should be backed much better next year by a newcomer into the sport.
