NASCAR Changes Testing Rules

NASCAR has implemented a new testing policy to cut down on the amount of information being shared between large teams. Starting with the 2006 season, teams will only be allowed to test on certain dates at certain tracks - Homestead, Daytona, Richmond, Las Vegas, & Charlotte. NASCAR is trying to make the competitive balance more even and this is one way they are cutting into the advantage that large teams currently have over smaller teams.
